Terms of Service
Simple terms for using FunnelFox and publishing Creator Shops.
Creator content
Creators own the content they add to FunnelFox, including profile information, Creator Shop copy, uploaded images, product notes, collections, and recommendation text.
Recommendation accuracy
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their recommendations, product links, claims, descriptions, and any statements they make about products.
Affiliate disclosures
Creators are responsible for complying with applicable disclosure laws and platform rules, including affiliate, sponsorship, gifted product, or paid relationship disclosures.
External purchases
FunnelFox product buttons send visitors to third-party websites. Purchases happen outside FunnelFox, and third-party sellers are responsible for checkout, fulfillment, refunds, product quality, and customer service.
Stripe billing
Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. If you choose a paid plan, Stripe may process payment details and manage billing according to its own terms.
No earnings guarantees
FunnelFox helps creators present recommendations beautifully, but we do not guarantee followers, clicks, sales, commissions, revenue, brand deals, or any business outcome.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Product changes
FunnelFox is evolving. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.
